Certificates For Rank Advancement & Other Scouting Awards

These certificates may be printed and filled out by hand or they may be filled out using your browser (recommended) or a combination of either way.

The Scoutmaster and the Committee Chairperson will cheerfully sign each certificate prior to the presentation at the Court of Honor.

They are provided for the parents to print prior to the Court of Honor, so that they may be present to their Scout at the Court of Honor as a 'pat on the back.'

NOTE: Make sure the date used is the date of the rank's Board of Review.

Do not overlook getting your son's certificate filled out and printed and delivered to the Court of Honor Master of Ceremonies prior to the start of the Court of Honor.

After the Court of Honor the certificate should be placed in a clear plastic sheet protector and placed in the Scout's Trail to Eagle 3-ring notebook. Ooh Rah!

When you get to filling out your Eagle application, one item you will need is:

"List any awards or honors received. According to www.eaglescout.org, honors aren't limited to medals and plaques. They can include a newspaper article, a letter of thanks or anything that made you feel special." This is what it's all about.
